Jimmy Jacobs was raised in Georgetown, TX. At a young age, Jimmy discovered his passion for the building industry. He pursued his dream by working in commercial real estate where he specialized in sales, leasing, and project development. While working for a nationally recognized real estate investment corporation, Jimmy gained expertise in creating successful developments. In 1988, he took his vision and entrepreneurial spirit and began Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes. Jimmy began his homebuilding operations by designing and building individual custom homes on pre-owned lots within the Georgetown area. He quickly established a reputation for quality construction, exceptional craftsmanship, integrity, and hard work.

Strong and Growing
Today, Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes is a thriving company with residential communities throughout Central and South Texas. Due to his exceptional residential construction reputation, Jimmy has expanded his company to include commercial construction and land development. His commercial projects include banks, retail centers, amenities centers, restaurants, and office condominiums located throughout Central and South Texas.

About Jimmy
Jimmy Jacobs is a well-respected member of the community who takes every opportunity to contribute to his community by being actively involved in numerous charitable activities. He offers his services to Habitat for Humanity, the Palace Theater, the Children’s Advocacy Center, and the Austin Assistance League. In addition, Jacobs works directly with the city in long term planning and zoning to preserve Georgetown’s charm and character—as it is one of the leading communities in Central Texas. Jimmy and his wife, Melanie, and their family continue to reside in Georgetown, TX.
